Herman Koops NBLS, CLS, AACI, P.App

As president of A Bound Corporation, Herman has many years of experience in all divisions within his corporation.

Herman started in the surveying field after graduating from the Nova Scotia Land Survey Institute, now C.O.G.S. in Lawrencetown, NS. Herman later expanded his expertise into other fields, such as real estate sales and appraisals along with becoming a licensed auctioneer.

Herman now does a variety of duties in his line of work. Guest lecturer at UNB’s Geodesy and Geomatics programs, and training for continuing education / recertification credits. He also does real estate appraisals, sales and auctioneering work. Herman has also stayed in his primary field of surveying, with the addition of technology by GIS.

Barbara Ann Flett

Barbara Ann is a graduate of NBCC's Office Technology program, and also has specialized courses from Horizon College. As Office Manager at A Bound Corporation, Barbara Ann handles many tasks such as accounting, payroll, data entry, banking, invoicing, creating webpages, real estate duties, and surveying duties.

Jim Lockerbie

Jim began his career in the Accounting Department of a building supply store, keeping a complete set of books. Jim has over 30 years in the appraisal profession in his positions as a property tax assessor and property management agent; and received his AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 1989.

Jim 'retired' from the Province of New Brunswick's Department of Supply and Services in 2002.

Daniel Robichaud

Daniel has been in the surveying industry since graduating from the College of Geographic Science in Lawrencetown Nova Scotia. With over 15 years experience Daniel is involved with drafting commercial , residential and highway plans, as well as doing surveying duties, updating databases and handling requests for information. His primary focus is on GIS mapping.

Paul McClafferty

Paul is a graduate of the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Technology program at NBCC Moncton and has over 20 years experience in the surveying industry drafting survey plans, maintaining databases, field survey duties, GPS work and mapping.

Jeff Dunnett BSc. A.I.T.

Jeff is a graduate of Mount Allison University’s Bachelor of Science Degree and holds an Applied Information Technology Diploma from the Information Technology Institute. Jeff has been working in the computer industry for the past 10 years and has gained a wealth of knowledge ranging from computer networks, database design, and application development. Jeff is currently developing the AppraisalGIS.com® web application.
